What the inspection covers

An inspection is only useful if it looks at the whole system, not just the shingles. Roofs almost always fail at the details first.

• ✓Shingle condition — granule loss, cracking, curling, creasing and wind damage
• ✓Flashing at walls, chimneys, dormers and skylights
• ✓Pipe boots, vents and every other roof penetration
• ✓Valleys and roof-to-roof transitions
• ✓Ridge and ventilation — whether the roof can breathe properly
• ✓Gutters and downspouts, including granule accumulation
• ✓Decking condition where it can be assessed, and attic signs of moisture
• ✓Storm damage documentation if a claim may be involved

What you get afterwards

You get photographs of what we found, an explanation in plain language, and a straight recommendation. That includes telling you when a roof has years left in it and does not need work yet — which is a real outcome of plenty of our inspections.

There is no charge and no obligation. If you want a written quote, we will provide one. If you want to think about it, that is fine too.
